Xstructure offers paid subscription plans and credit-based purchases.
Prices and payment terms are displayed at checkout and may change at any time without prior notice.
Payments are processed through approved payment gateways (such as Moyassar) under Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) regulations.
All amounts are charged in Saudi Riyals (SAR) unless otherwise stated.
4. Refund and Return Policy
Refunds are only available if:
The purchased subscription or credits have not been used, activated, or consumed in any way; and
The refund request is submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Refunds must be requested through the Contact Us page on our website, including proof of purchase and account details.
Once usage of credits or subscription features begins, no refund, reversal, or chargeback will be issued.
All approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method, subject to gateway and bank processing times.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, templates, software, source code, and trademarks available through Xstructure are owned or licensed by us.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business or personal use only.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, resell, or distribute any part of Xstructure without our prior written consent.
6. User Content and Data
You retain ownership of content you create or upload but grant Xstructure a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host and process that content solely to operate the Service.
You are fully responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any intellectual-property rights, privacy laws, or public morals under Saudi regulations.
We reserve the right to remove or restrict any content deemed inappropriate, illegal, or harmful.

Xstructure is not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity arising from use or inability to use the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Xstructure and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us within the past three (3) months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Xstructure, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a new “Effective Date.”
Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
